Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form the basis of your agreement with Alberta Golf Tour, referred to as “AGT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. By submitting payment for this trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following.
1. Booking and Payment
A $500 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

3. Changes to Itinerary or Inclusions
AGT reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, tee times, accommodations, or inclusions due to supplier requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Any material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Cancellations by the Participant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

5. Cancellations or Changes by AGT
AGT reserves the right to cancel the trip if minimum participation requirements are not met or due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, all recoverable payments will be refunded. AGT is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including flights, transportation, or personal arrangements.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure adequate coverage is in place. AGT is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
7. Health and Fitness to Travel
By booking this trip, you confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in all activities associated with the trip, including golf.
Any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may affect participation must be disclosed prior to booking. AGT reserves the right to deny participation or remove a participant if their condition or conduct negatively impacts the experience, safety, or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
AGT reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the group experience. No refunds will be issued, and any costs incurred as a result of removal will be the responsibility of the participant.
9. Force Majeure
AGT is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, labour disruptions, or health-related events. Refunds will only be issued if funds are recoverable from suppliers.
10. Liability
AGT will use reasonable care in arranging the trip but is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Participation in this trip is at your own risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
12. Acceptance
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing does not include:
- transportation to and from the destination
- travel insurance
- meals or beverages not specifically included
- personal expenses
- optional activities not listed as inclusions
3. Changes to Itinerary or Inclusions
AGT reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, tee times, accommodations, or inclusions due to supplier requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Any material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Cancellations by the Participant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation terms per person:
- At time of booking: Deposit is non-refundable
- After April 1, 2026: 100 percent non-refundable

AGT is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including flights, transportation, or personal arrangements.
